Eight years since my husband and I got in the wedlock and it’s been an agonizing battle – a battle to conceive, a battle to change our status to being “Parents”.

In the eight gone years we have seen many natural attempts, doctor suggestions, treatments, medication, Ayurveda sessions- go fail. We have endured the constant failure with grin on our face hoping for the best. The peer pressure around us too was subconsciously pricking us to our uncomfortable zone. This was pushing us to the edge of being dejected along with giving us emotional stress; more-so-over for me who was additionally taking physically stress too.

We got in touch with Dr. Sachin M. Jadhav for our IUI treatment. We walked in feeling negatively nervous; but it took only a single interaction to feeling positively optimistic. The mindset changed which is half the battle won.

Dr. Sachin M. Jadhav and his entire team have been super caring, polite and very professional. Dr. Sachin, although being a reticent person, ensures that his experience and actions speak for him. All through my treatment he has been available to resolve queries over SMS and Whatsapp too. The hospital rooms, toilets, general sitting areas; are spick and span clean. They have maintained and are following all the social distancing norms that are mandatory for these pandemic times.

It’s been 5 weeks since my IUI procedure and the news is just too Positive. We are all smiles now!!

One year ago me and my husband chose Dr Sachin Jadhav as our gynaecologist in hopes of experiencing the amazing journey of pregnancy and eventually having a family after suffering a miscarriage earlier that year. From our very first meeting, my husband and I both sensed an ease with Dr. Jadhav approach; he was very methodical in every step and explained the reasons on every decision to be made. Even after every hurdle we encountered, he held our hands in every step of the way, and gave us confidence that we will eventually become parents. His way of diagnosis was so perfect that made my pregnancy journey more easy and tension free. On every visit he not only cleared all our doubts but patiently told and explained the complexity of problems that would occur. In my case it was gestational diabetes, low lying placenta, low level of liquor and two and a half loops of nuchal cord around baby's neck. His diagnosis and his decisions on every problem was so perfect that reflected his hands on experience in high risk pregnancies.I was so fortunate that my baby was delivered safely in 36 weeks and without any help of nicu and medication just because of Dr. Jadhav's confidence on his decisions. Me and my husband just blindly followed his all instructions and trust me it was worth it. He never gave unnecessary medicines or made me do any test which was not required. His quick decision on making me do a c section on completing my 36 weeks not only saved my baby but made us realize that why doctors are called god. Truely Dr Sachin Jadhav created, crafted and gifted us our bundle of joy without any complications. He is not only a great doctor but a humble and sensitive human being.He cares and looks after his patients needs and concerns.The staff of IVF Cradle was also so helpful and caring.We definately recommend him and Cradle IVF.So, what words come to mind to describe Dr. Sachin Jadhav? - "Genuine kindness, trustworthy, passionate, lifelong friend, and most importantly, our guardian angel."

Visited Gupte hospital for infertility related issues. Dr. Gupte handed over our case to Dr. Sachin Jadhav to start with counselling followed by treatment at Cradle. After having consultations from several other top gynecologists from Pune we were not quite sure this time. We decided to start with IUI cycles, no luck with first 2 cycles. During 3rd cycle we did conceive but it ended up with miscarriage around 18th week of pregnancy. It was tough time for us to get through the situation but Dr. Sachin was always positive and coached us to restart the treatment. Once again, we started with IUI cycle and we were lucky enough to conceive during 1st cycle itself. It was not smooth ride this time as well and had issues like short cervix length, high water levels etc. due to high-risk pregnancy nature. However, with the help of Dr. Sachin we were able to overcome all of these challenges and welcomed our bundle of joy!

Dr. Sachin was extremely patient and always kind enough to respond on whats app to address all of the queries. With my tight work schedule, he was supportive and flexible to adjust the appointments for my scans, checkups etc. either at Cradle or Divya clinic. I had OS tightening during my 2nd pregnancy but his compassionate attention and professional care helped me to continue my work till very last day of my pregnancy. I am personally very sensitive and afraid of any medical procedure but Dr. Sachin was always calm and made me comfortable while going through all the medical procedures.

He really takes care of his patients. When I was admitted to Gupte hospital for couple of bleeding incidences during my first pregnancy and certain procedures during second pregnancy, he visited us every day to ensure we are doing fine. He calls those as social visits 

I can truly say I felt like a pregnant woman with a voice that was heard rather than simply someone carrying a child and given “textbook” responses.

Dr. Sachin is an amazing doctor and a wonderful person. He has consistently shown me nothing but top notch professionalism, but still maintaining a “human” kindness.

One name you can unquestionably trust to change your parenting adventure is Dr. Sachin M. Jadhav. The doctor gives apt advices and fills me with confidence and self belief. He only suggest the relevant test and treatments in consideration of the patient's needs. No other doctor has made me feel as at ease or helped me overcome the worry and negativity I had amassed over the years as a result of my inability to be a mother. He spends a lot of time with each patient and will address all of our concerns, even if they are occasionally unrelated to the current course of treatment. He always responded to our SMS or calls when we asked for help or direction.

After few medical examinations, I underwent through IUI treatment. My second IUI was followed by a positive UPT, which was further confirmed by Beta-HCG. We were eager to see our innocent fetus, but unfortunately, there was no heartbeat detected during the initial USG scans and marked as 'Missed abortion'. The disappointment we experienced left us with nothing. And I had D&C, and it was so upsetting to witness how quickly our window of hope was closing. But there was the golden words from Dr. Sachin which marked this as ray of hope and rather disappointment that if we were able to conceive once then definitely we have a better chance in the successive attempts.

After a few months had passed, we resumed our IUI cycles after speaking with Dr. Sachin, who gave us glimmer of hope. After the third IUI procedure, I was finally able to get pregnant, which put me on the road to motherhood. Today, we are blessed with twin baby daughters.

My journey had its ups and downs, but as I look back and hold the tiny cuties in my arms, it all seems like a blur of the lows we experienced along the way.

I could mark my journey of attempting to be parents into 2 era as before and after Dr. Sachin Jadhav. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Sachin because he made this journey so simple, joyful, and full of hope.

I will undoubtedly recommend any couple who is on the verge of losing faith in themselves to visit Dr. Sachin Jadhav at least once, as they will definitely experience a similar transformation as mine.
