I opted for counseling sessions with Sneha for some personal issues I had been facing (which caused stress, anxiety and sadness) regarding my relationship, career and needed clarity with a lot of things in order to prioritise things in my life. This was the first time I tried this and it was really very helpful. She is very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable and helped with all the right techniques to go on and become a better version of myself (much needed especially in the lockdown).

So far, she has been very helpful in guiding me in areas i need to work upon to improve myself and she has a very genial tone and attitude towards diagnosing your problems and helping you work on them. It's only been 2 sessions and I've seen some improvement in myself with the help of her techniques. Would definitely recommend her.
