QI Spine Clinic, Koregaon Park

I started my treatment with this centre of QI Spine for my lumbosacral and cervical issues, in June-July, 2025 and continued it religiously till end of March, 2026. I got briefed about the treatment plan by Dr. Sakshi on Day 1, and later got treated by Dr. Tanvi and Dr. Mahek during the course of 9 months.

The doctors here are good, but they only follow a fixed protocol and are unaware of required steps when a routine becomes ineffective. They called their senior doctor in my case, at such times, and she gave additional instructions to follow, which I always did, including the necessary existing ones. This went on for 9 months, with 100% dedicated efforts from my end, but I found zero lasting relief for my issues. In April '26, I had to go for a pain-blocker injection procedure in Mumbai, as the pain became unbearable, after which my line of treatment had to be changed.

Because there was no relief from QI Spine treatment in the whole 9 months, and because I couldn't continue my treatment there due to the circumstantial changes, I requested QI Spine to refund just Rs. 3,000 accounted for the remaining 3 sessions, out of the Rs. 48,000 that I spent for my treatment at their centre. This wasn't even the full amount of the last installment I had paid to continue my treatment there.

Experience Bottomline - It doesn't work for chronic spine ailments at all! This one-star rating is just for some hardwork by their doctors. Their response is attached herein.

I had been to hospital and consulted the doctor as I had back and neck pain. ****** *** ****. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. I am satisfied with and treatment given. Physiotherapy session was done. There was no waiting time in the hospital. I am good now. Hospitality was good.

I had been to hospital and met the doctor. Consultation was not good by the doctor. We paid the bill but didn't get benefited. I am consulting a different doctor now. I had taken treatment for 6 days as I had hip pain but I didn't get benefitted. Exercise was told to do and Machine treatment was done and physiotherapy was done.
