I went there and didn't have to wait at all as probably it was a Sunday morning. Doctor was available on time and diagnosed the reason for pain appropriately. I am feeling much better now.

When I went to get the plaster removed,he charged 600rs,I didn't understand what special did he do which was worth 600.he hardly gave any consultation and the questions I asked are not properly answered.

RS 500 was consultation charge ₹100 was the plaster cutting charge. Please do mention the charge for plaster application, ₹ 3300 which includes the material (fibrecast ₹2100, sofroll ₹ 200 , ) Consultation ₹500 , Plaster application charge 600 ) So called charitable centre Charge ₹3500 and other Pvt hospitals and clinics 5000 to 6000 ₹ Some orthopaedic surgeons might not take plaster cutting charge , which they perhaps include while applying. Our clinic policy is patient satisfaction to the fullest, bieng a private clinic with its own costs at commercial rates, we take nominal charges trying to keep cost at the minimum. Even then we keep giving discounts when we see a genuine patients with financial difficulty. I Treatment and consultation is given free to patients with BPL card, subject to certain terms and conditions. As far as your second grievance is considered, we are extremely regretful and apologize, but request you to have pointed out this shortcomings then and there. Though its a late response, I would expect your humble self to understand the busy time schedule of the clinic.
