In our case especially being outstation patient in mumbai from Goa, his prompt reciprocal to all our minor queries over whatsapp (which may sound very basic to a specialist like him ) were all heard and replied with a cool mind without any assurance of we coming to Mumbai as potential customers, does total justice to his noble profession and proves his positive mindset to guide the needy, unlike many specialists in our experience, who act very hyper & impatient due to their busy schedule ... These qualities of his compelled us to travel all the way to Mumbai for advanced treatment from him which was successfully carried out on 07/09/2018 and the entire procedure was explained to us in detail pre as well as post procedure. ...All the best to Dr Saurabh, his associates Dr. Rohit and Dr. Purva who handled the entire process with extreme ease and kept us very positive and comfortable all the while and also his entire nursing team to continue serving people in pain...
