In our case especially being outstation patient in mumbai from Goa, his prompt reciprocal to all our minor queries over whatsapp (which may sound very basic to a specialist like him ) were all heard and replied with a cool mind without any assurance of we coming to Mumbai as potential customers, does total justice to his noble profession and proves his positive mindset to guide the needy, unlike many specialists in our experience, who act very hyper & impatient due to their busy schedule ...
