Ms. Vijal Sejpal

I like the approach of the therapist in counselling. I'm very happy with the progress in the sessions that I have had with her.

I consulted Dr. Vijal in the last week of May after struggling with anxiety and depression for a long time. After the first session of just collecting information about me, she began the intervention and to my absolute surprise she found out some very deep rooted issues that I was neither thinking about nor thought them to be related to the problems I was facing. My initial reaction was denial but I pushed myself to honestly accept them and work on resolving them. She then guided me through, step by step, one issue at a time and helped me reach a point where I could objectively look at myself, identify the causes of my problems that basically were just thoughts that had buried their roots into my personality causing a multitude of triggers resulting in stress and anxiety. As soon as I worked on those couple of points, I regained control over my thought process and in a matter of four weeks, I started to feel optimistic, relaxed and confident. She helped me regain trust in myself and greatly helped me understand my parents while at the same time gave me the will and confidence to stand up for myself where necessary without guilt or emotional pressure which in a way saved my relationship with them. I am very glad I reached out to her. She is very pleasant with a very transparent and effective approach that is a perfect mix of friendly to make you feel comfortable to open up yet firm to make you work on yourself without any lag.

Certain experiences are difficult to put in words. I'm coming from a place where I was prescribed antidepressants by two doctors and was told that I really need them and will deteriorate without them. I wasn't gonna give in without a fight that's when turned to practo and found Vijal. Her words stirred something in me right from the first session. She gives a safe and non judgmental space to open up. Her responses are straightforward but clear, the kind of clarity my foggy mind needed the most. And most essentially she starts giving you tools that empower you right from the beginning, and that's why I came to her in first place. She has a sharp judgement of what will overwhelm you instead of empowering, and give you only what you can conquer during that stage. Taking one step a time, she'll guide you through your journey. Don't expect an overnight miracle bcoz that's not how therapy works, be prepared to put in your effort, there will be pain before you see light, there will be days when nothing seems to help you in your misery but if you persist the outcome is equally sweet and liberating. For me, Vijal was universe sent, I'll be always grateful for her guidance and methods. She helped me find my will and power 🙏 Can't recommend her enough.

I have a very bright and resilient personality, but it was being overshadowed by my past trauma, which was a result of the influence of a narcissist. Understanding myself was the thing I was struggling with and Dr.Vijal, helped me gain perspective into what happened to my brain, answering the most common but the most important questions like, why did this happen to me? or Why did I let these things happen to me? Talking to her helped me gain perspective into how my mind works, which is all I needed to set foot on my healing journey. I have started healing and gaining all my superpowers back, thanks to Vijal. Her understanding and experience speak throughout her sessions, and you just know you are in a very trusting and safe environment.

I met Dr Sejpal for addressing long standing issues with loved ones. Unpacking decades of baggage required lots of homework, but it was worth it and very meaningful. What was most heartening was how quickly she managed to break down the larger perspective on the issues for me. I'm very satisfied with my time spent with her.

Very rude to get in touch online. Confirmed appointment in the morning and argued for managing my schedule for the appointment time. It’s very surprising to coming it from a psychologist who was supposed to give a positive perspective towards your issues making you feel otherwise.

Having had a bad experience in the past with a therapist that wasn't really concerned for my health I was very skeptical about taking therapy again. I decided to give it a try with Dr Vijal and she was a pleasant surprise for me . My sessions with her have been very very fruitful in terms of dealing with my anxiety and learning the root cause of it. She can connect to you and motivate you in the best way possible. I can safely say I am doing so much better after my therapy with her that I will soon be going off medication. Her smiling face and motivating attitude can really help someone dealing with whatever issue they are dealing with.

I am so disappointed with this doctor,

My daughter is a minor and without running it by the parents she had no right to go and tell my daughter she is clinical depressed, I should have been informed before my daughter was made aware of it. Then just a week before we spoke she said lara is young she will be ok in the next 2/3 months there is no need for medication. Boom next week she tells lara she should get on medication without informing me or even consulting me, I had informed her I am in india pune give me a cal any time. But she not on one account but on 2 has gone behind my back and informed my child. SHE IS A MINOR.. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED BEFORE YOU TOLD MY CHILD.

I received treatment from Dr. Vijal, who was exceptionally warm, consoling and kind towards my issues and the problems that I dealt with. She treated me with empathy and respect which made me want to continue our sessions even more. Thanks to her for her valuable time and personal insights. I was treated with a level of friendliness and professionalism which was remarkable. She made me feel very comfortable and treated my issues with care without any judgement, right from the get go.
