Vahishtai J Daboo, is a Listening and Spoken Language Specialist, Certified Auditory Verbal Therapist (LSLS Cert. AVT) from the Alexander Graham Bell Academy, U.S.A.; among the four practicing in India to have achieved this certification. She is a B.Sc., B.Ed. (Hearing Impairment) and a Certified Auditory Verbal Therapist from the Ali Yavar Jung Institute for Speech & Hearing Disability (Divyangjan). Her experience spans over 25 years in this field, working babies, toddlers, children, teenagers and adults with hearing loss. She has been trained and mentored by national and international experts in the field. Her career. Vahishtai is the Founder and Principal Consultant of INTEGR△TED, a centre providing total solutions for speech and hearing. She heads a team of Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologists, Auditory Verbal Therapists and Special Educators. The centre offers end to end new born hearing screening, all audiological testing, fitting and programming of hearing devices (hearing aids and or cochlear implants), Early Intervention Program, Auditory Verbal Therapy (for babies, toddlers and children with hearing loss), Auditory Skills Training (for adults with cochlear implants), Speech and Language Therapy and Counselling. The centre has a robust Cochlear Implant program babies, toddlers, children, and adults with hearing loss.
