Ms. Sri Snigdha Dittakavi

Ms. Snigdha is a licensed clinical psychologist. After obtaining MPhil from IHBAS (New Delhi), she worked with clients having anxiety, depression, OCD, psychosomatic illnesses, personality disorders and addictions. She is trained in CBT, Rational Emotive behaviour therapy and Personal Counselling. She provides therapy for mood disorders including depression, anxiety, OCD, addictions, adjustment disorders, relationship issues, etc.She taught post-graduate courses on clinical psychology, psychopathology as well as topics on various techniques used in therapy especially CBT. She has made paper presentations at national (Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists) and regional level seminars (Bombay Psychiatric Society).
