Sonali has made my life so much better. She understands my issues and helps me solve them . She helps me deal with my triggers and makes me accept it . Her ACCESS BAR therapy is incredible. There are so many changes I can see within after the bar sessions.
Most psychotherapists are strict with time (60 mins and that's all) but she's different. Till the issue is dealt with she won't end the session.
Her hospitality , her kindness and her will to help her patients is the best thing.

It feels very miraculous after having the access bar therapy. After talking with Ms. Sonali It feels relief though. Also i get more ways to get rid of the anxiety. And it easier for me to work on things which used to bother me a lot. She is kindest and sweetest person i have ever met.
I would vouch for Dr Sonali because after my sessions with her I could feel a 360 degree change in how I dealt with and handled things just within a few sessions. She is the best guide, therapist and above all a lovely human being who is genuinely concered about your well being. We are generally reluctant to seek help. I would suggest taking a step because honestly there is nothing to lose and with her I have only ganined back my clarity of mind and better decision making.
Sonali is a wonderful person who can make you comfortable even if its the first session. She has helped me in building and structuring my life in a way that is ideal to me.
From the first day, the sessions have been very interactive and fun. (This comes from an introvert :) )
