Dr. Snigdha Mehta (Physiotherapist)

HI every body . it was about 2 years back when my legs were paining and i went to dr. snighda .mehta . she had taken above 10 minutes asking me different questions about my sitting ; walking etc. and in 10 minutes she had diaognis that i am having a lower legs weak and upper part of legs stiff as i sit for hours on computer screen. she had guided me to do certain exercises and with in 9 to 10 sittings i was perfectly fit till now. thanks to her .

other incident has occured in last september 2015 when i was suffering from severe backache . with no other second thoughts i straight away ran to dr. snighda mehtas clinic. i was in very bad shape but the dr. has a vast experience in her field and she started taking actions and you know i can not sit or play volley ball or any other sports. but gradually after doing exercise as guided by dr. i was absolutely fit by nov. i.e 2 months . i cannot imagine that this miracle could happen in 2 months. today i am doing regular exercise for 13 to 14 minutes twice a day as per given by dr. sgindhda mehta and i am pink of my health.

The amazing part about Dr Snigdha is that not only did she provide effective treatment but also took the time to explain the root cause of my pain, so that I know the things I've to avoid doing! Her expertise and caring approach makes a huge difference—I highly recommend her!

Dr. Snigtha mehta is very sharp minded and sticking to the purpose. Within half hour she found the route cause of my problem. I was totally dissapounted before i visited her clinic. But after consulting dr. Mehta I became strong and I now feel that she will try all her level best to cure my diseases. She is very strict. It is nice for the patients. I get relief from pain when I come here. Dr. Mehta is taking personal interest and very gentle and polite. I have been coming to the Dr for more than 3 years. Earlier I had come for spine problem which is cured with her exercises. My orthopedic had recommended me to go for surgery for spine but after coming here I had to avoid surgery. She gives a perfect tailored made exercises for the problem. Now I am coming to her for the knee problem which is also solved and feeling much better. She is the perfect Dr for all pains.

Dr Snigdha Mehta is one of the most qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable physiotherapist's I have come across. I had disc protrusion at L4-L5 and I had two relapses after my first episode. Dr Snigdha patiently helped me get my back in shape and today I'm doing everything I was doing again. I diligently made notes of all the exercises she recommended and continue to follow a basic routine of doing some exercises to keep my back in shape. The best part is Dr. Snigdha also updates herself on the latest techniques in physiotherapy around the world by taking up further courses and certifications from the US, Australia etc. Unlike other senior physiotherapists who are either running huge centers with solely profit making as the aim without client interaction by having junior therapists do all the work, Dr Snigdha personally guides you and creates a personalized program based on your problem. I'd recommend her in a heart beat to anyone who has to undergo physiotherapy of any sort.

I had a foot drop condition and approached Dr. Snigdha Mehta one year after my surgery as I was not satisfied with the progress in my recovery. Had knee pain for 6 to 7 months. medicine didn't work and my knee pain worsened. Dr.Snigdha treated me for the knee pain and more than medicine exercises worked for me. Because of her I recovered in two months. I can walk easily. *** ** ** ********* ******* Very much thankful to her.

I had a very educative session.there is so much I learnt and a lot of stuff that I practiced in the wrong way but have corrected myself after this workshop.I am glad I did this course and will definitely help me train pre and post natal moms better.I will practice everything I learnt and continue learning more
