SnehaJanaki is a Counselling Psychologist,and completed her Masters in Counselling from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and also is a graduate in Psychology from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. Additionally, she is trained in Dance Movement Therapy, Couple & Family Therapy and in EMDR. She is a consultant at the Pre-Litigation Counselling Centre, Bombay High Court, where she works with clients dealing with marital discord.She also facilitates awareness workshops for both adults and children across schools, NGOs and Corporates on topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Superwoman Syndrome, trauma, Parenting Teenagers, and Stress & Health.At Reflective Arena, SnehaJanaki strives to make therapy accessible for everyone across socio-economic backgrounds, and her practise is feminist, LGBTQIA-friendly, and trauma-informed.
