I'm a Psychologist and Psychotherapist, with 8 years of experience in the fields of child, adolescent and adult mental health. I currently conduct online consultations, and also practice at Surya Hospitals, K. J. Somaiya Superspeciality Hospital, and K. J. Somaiya Medical College and Hospital.I conduct psychological assessments and psychotherapy with my clients. Over the span of my career, I have assessed and treated clients with various mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, OCD, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, etc along with other psychological and interpersonal issues. I also have an in-depth understanding of child and adolescent mental health concerns like ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disability, and other psychological and developmental disorders. Some of the psychotherapeutic techniques I specialise in include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Behaviour Modification and Parental Counselling.
