Shraddha has been an integral part of my healing journey for last 2 years.

My approach to counselling was "problem solving" and "getting answers" to face the current situation I had found myself stuck in.

Instead what Dr Shraddha helped me with was 'acquiring tools and knowledge to build myself.'

What began with marriage counselling, for me, resulted in an enriching shift of looking within myself, than the other. It progressed to help me rediscover strengths and weaknesses within myself, how to accept and grow with both, and it helped me build better relationships - foremost with myself, my partner, my child, and other people in my life.

Her scientific approach, with befitting examples, and well-researched models that apply to all spheres and relationships of one's life is what empowered me and made me a person who is now not looking for answers and problem solving skills, but continuously learning and developing tools and knowledge that help her face situations with humility and dignity.
