My experience with Dr. Saumya Shetty was good. She explained the treatment well and mentioned that my face would be completely clean by the end of the treatment, which will take about two more months. The clinic and staff were good, and although I had to wait a little, overall the experience was positive.
Hoped for better: Wait time
The first time i went for consultation, the doctor explained my condition and what tests to do. The associates/staffs told me i will be given an injection worth 1200/- and will collect skin sample, which they did. I paid 800/- consultation as well and was asked to come back after 10 days. The same day evening the staffs call me said you had to pay 6000/- for the sample testing which i was not intimated before they did the test. I paid it patiently. After 10 day, she asked me to do blood work to test for allergies which I did. I was made to wait 1 hour just to take my blood sample to which i was cooperative. After a week when i asked them for my reports, they refused to give it saying once you come for consultation you can collect it. I called their place 7 times over 2 hours just for my reports. *** **** ***** ******* ******** * **** *** **** **** ** ******* **** *** *** **** *** ***** ** ******** ** ******* **** * **** **** *** ****** ****** ** ******* * ********* *** ** **** *** ****** ** **** *** **** they emailed me the report and since then i never visited.
