Me and my wife were in the mid 80s for the past couple of years owing to our lifestyle. We have been trying to reduce our weight by joining gym, doing exercise intermittent fasting but to no avail. We couldn't reduce even 1 kg. We then googled and found Dr Sajida who was also nearer to our location. Though she has less experience compared to many other dieticians/nutritionist, her counselling session and guidance have helped us lose almost 7 kgs in 2 months and we are continuing to lose as the tenure is still left. She takes into account various factors, issues we might have and suggests diet based upon that(veg/non-veg both). The hardest part is commitment and staying true to yourself while following the diet. We got cravings to eat something from outside and we controlled as much as we can. In some cases we ate outside food like pizza, burger and we informed Dr Sajida ad she gave the detox diet to be followed. You can reach out to her anytime on phone/message incase of any issue and she is there to help in the best possible way. The other thing which i liked is She also follows up with you asking about the situation and problems.

I came to know about Dr Sajida Shaikh through one of my close friend and she has lost more than 12kgs in 3 months (with Thyroid) under her guidance, so I went to meet her with all my Medical Reports, she will make you feel comfortable enough and patiently will listen to all what you want to achieve and then she explained me all what is required to achieve a Healthy weight loss in targeted time frame.
Believe me she did not ask me to take any supplements or weight loss pills or any protein shakes or follow any kind of starving diet, it is a simple diet (when I say simple it’s actually simple she will not make you spend thousands asking to buy fancy vegetables / other food items which we don’t use in daily life) which you can easily follow, there are no heavy exercises or going to gym nothing at all just a normal diet to follow with some physical activity which is very much doable.
I have lost 8 kgs in 2 months with PCOS and still my program is on. I will definitely recommend Dr Sajida Shaikh ** *** ** *** **** ********* ** *** ***** *** ******** ***** she will keep following up with you and will not leave you on your own to think what has to be done in case you are stuck at some point. I have tried lot of options like gym, protein shakes and heavy exercises but nothing worked and I used to leave within maximum a weeks time out of frustration but Dr Sajida’s diet are very easy to follow and you will definitely see the result in 10 days time.

I just want to thank you for these last 6 weeks. Since I am with dietitian Sajida I’d lost around 7kgs , I am now focused on eating healthy…. not dieting!!!! What a big change for me….. Someone who has been dieting since the age of 15!!! I am so happy with the minor modifications I am making and Im really happy to continue on and try to regularly include the suggestions you provide me into my daily meal plans both at home or while dining out.
