My diet journey with Ruchitaa was wonderful. Not only did my weight reduced but my health problems disappeared as well. I lost 8 kgs. my endometriosis was gone and my thyroid levels were in control. Each session was curated according to what my body required, my likes and dislikes were considered. It was also fun to try different recipes. Ruchitaa was patient with me.
