I had been suffering from Costo Condritis since 8 months with no respite even after visiting many doctors. Its pure luck that I came across Dr. Rashmi's name on practo. I gave her a call and explained my situation and she asked me to visit her clinic. She was extremely calm and friendly in interaction and immediately found the cause of my pain after a quick series of checks on my back. I visited Dr Rashmi Sharma for the first time few months back. I was having severe pain in my shoulders and the upper back. Her treatment has really helped me a lot. The way she explains the health issue is really nice, she helps in understanding the exact problem and suggests the best remedies for it. She directs you to the root cause of the issue and provide a set schedule of exercises that you need to follow and these definitely helped me strengthening my shoulders and back. My pain still persists, but considering its an old pain, i would agree that Dr Rashmi's treatment has brought down my problem to a very high extent.

I developed pain in the left side of my lower back while doing squats. Initially I thought it would be temporary and used volini spray and kept on doing all my workouts including squats and deadlifts for 20-25 days and pain got aggravated and turned acute.

Visited for shoulder Rotor cuff & lower back pain (L4-L5 disc bulging). I was suffering from shoulder pain because of excessive computer use since 3-4 years. I visited few physiotherapists & orthopaedics before coming to Dr. Rashmi but couldn't get proper consultation. One of my friends referred me to her who was getting treated for muscle tear in thigh. She started with basic exercises, change in sitting posture untill pain subdued and then worked on muscle strengthening. Though it took some time but pain & strength of my shoulder improved significantly. I was able to do weight lifting & play table tennis.

My experience with Dr. Rashmi was fantastic. I was suffering from lower back pain for past 8 months . The condition was such that when I used to wake up in morning I cannot walk straight . Initially I used to put ointment and took painkillers too, but that didn't work . Then I visited Dr. Rashmi , she advised for posture correction exercise. Within few days only I could see a difference and after completing full 10 days session with her I am perfectly fit n fine . Can even sit on the floor . She understands the patient condition and work towards curing it completely from its roots.

Dr. Rashmi Sharma is a very pragmatic physiotherapist who, in my opinion, gets to the root of the patient's ailment without getting biased by the scans/reports presented to her.

Her physio therapy lessons have not only eased my prolonged tryst with suspected "trapezitis" but has also helped me get more confident of myself and aid in getting back to proper walking / body language.

Dr. Sharma is also very particular about patients being regular/disciplined with their visits and this sort of regimen really works. I would happily recommend Rashmi to all those who are seeking succor to their chronic pains.
