With heavy migraine and pain radiating right from my head to neck, shoulders and my back I approached Dr, Rachna Rai, to be treated, Dr, Maitri assistant doctor, at Phiso therapy live, guide me through the first session, the second session was conducted by Dr, Rachna and Dr, Maitri together, after reexamination and careful analysis *** ****** *** ** ******* * ********* ********* ****** ***** started with the heat treatment, to relax my muscles, then with electrodes, and carefully chosen mobility exercises depending on how much my body could take, every two days the exercises were reviewed and changed progressively to benifit to my inherent flexibility that my body should have for functioning normally without pain, at this particular time I realised how stiff and inflexible the neck and shoulders were blocking free movement resulting in intense pain and Migranes, after the exercises the steam and ointment application is surely a thereby, feeling not just trade, but cared too! The Dry needling that Dr Rachna does ***** *** ** ************ ******* *** relieves pain faster yielding to a lease for life! Perfect kinesio Taping adding to the easeness further.

The reason why I chose to write an essay instead of a comment was, 1)women, please do not ignore your daily fight with aches and pains, its worth every minute as it increases being th your efficiency and happiness multi fold.

Visited Dr. Rai for my heel pain. I am so impressed with her involvement with the case and patient. She gave me so much time to understand my problem and invested enough time to explain me the kind of exercises and activities I have to do at home. Her clinic is well equipped with lot of therapy related equipment. What impressed me the most is that she gave a print out with the pictures of all the exercises I need to do at home. No other physiotherapists that I have visited have done that. Extremely happy with my experience consulting Dr. Rachna Rai.

I happened to Meet Dr. Rachana through Practo itself I Visited her for my facial physiotherapy treatment She Immediately found out the issue started corrective treatment along with her Fellow doctor Saniya the improvement started very soon after treatment started looking at the gradual improvement she changed the pattern of treatment and exercises Im very much satisfied with the course of treatment and highly recommend even in this pandemic situation the clinic is very safe to visit they are taking all precautions.

Dr Mitu was extremely helpful in explaining the treatments amd keeps the environment pleasant. The treatments were very effective and I felt the relief from the first session itself. The centre is clean and well appointed. I highly recommended Dr Rachna Rai’s clinic for all physiotherapy needs!!!

Great experience. I am visiting clinic from 6 months for my post surgery rehabilitation. Therapy sessions really helped for gaining mobility and strength of shoulder. Depending on strength, exercises were changed as needed. Now I am almost completely recovered.

I was having chronic tennis elbow. It took about 10 sessions in total for pain to subside. During and post these sessions, She explained various exercises that needs to be done to regain the same strength as before. I am satisfied with the treatment so far and hoping that with strengthing exercises as guided by her, I would be back to normal in sometime.

Well after discussing my problem with Dr Rachna Rai explain to me about dry needle therapy, which is grate relief to pain, first 2 session's having medium effect, but 3rd session was fantastic. I came with a severe knee pain and with the first therapy itself I could feel the difference in pain. Now I am quiet fine. Dr Rachna has been very friendly and helped me understand the importance of each exercise. I just followed her instructions and it really helped
