Purvi Maam has been very helpful in making me feel comfortable enough to open up gradually. She began our sessions by exploring my childhood, addressing issues right from the start, which many therapists tend to avoid. This approach allowed us to uncover all the issues I've faced from the beginning to the present. She gave me a clear understanding of the problems and provided me with strategies to cope with them, bringing clarity and helping me trust the healing process. Her guidance and techniques are not only for past and present situations but are also applicable for the future, making them beneficial for the long term. This has given me a clearer understanding of my reality, boosted my confidence, and made me feel fearless.

Purvi Palvia is good at what she does. After battling with mental health issues for years, and looking for the right help with many psychologists and psychiatrists, I think I have found the right person to help my mental health heal. Her approach is excellent. She is professional, humble and kind. She is thorough with trying to understand all the roots of my mental health issues. She asks the right questions and provides the accurate solutions best suited for my well being. She is very open to her approach, she ensures a collaborative approach for her patient’s best comfort as well and makes sure her patients are comfortable with the approach they are to follow. My first session with her was very comfortable. I did not know how comfortable I’d be the first time but I’m glad I went to her because it made me feel much better. I am glad she is the person I went to when I was seeking help because I already feel positive about life and I’m eager to heal. I will 100% recommend Purvi Palvia to anyone seeking help for her professionalism, ethics and kindness.

Purvi was excellent from Day 1, always patient and empathetic about everything my husband and I shared -- she pretty much has saved my marriage by helping us through several issues and roadblocks we've faced. Although now I do only individual sessions, therapy with Purvi is my safe space whether in a good or bad week/month. Would recommend her to anyone who needs a good therapist who is kind, solution-focused, and open to listening to any and every kind of issue.
