Dr Priyanka is amazing, super friendly and very systematic in her approach. She taught my mom the whole routine very patiently and also amended based on what she was and wasnt able to do. I am a fitness influencer and a student and so my health and body is a priority for me.
I knew I had a wrist issue when I wasn’t able to go beyond a certain level of strength despite doing everything right.
I had a ligament tear in my wrist and after surgery, I was recommended to meet Dr Priyank for physio in recovering my absolute stiff wrist.
She was very warm and receptive and would make the exercises and the reason behind them clear, helped me push myself, and gave progressions along with taking photos and videos so I could see myself getting better with time.
She also gave exercises I could do at home so that I didn’t have to spend a lot of time and effort traveling.
What was amazing is that not only did my wrist get better than it ever was in all the years, but she also recognised the connecting weak point in my shoulders which was part of the reason behind my injury in the first place.
Before the surgery and physio I was able to do 55 kg of military press for 5 reps.
After physio, for the first time I was able to push to 65 kgs of military press.
Before physio I was able to do 20 kgs of weighted pull ups and even that would hurt at times.
Right now I did 35 kgs of weighted pull ups effortlessly.
She was flexible with timings to accommodate my college and work schedule.
I have seen her read books, attend courses and continuously learn.
There were times where I would skip days because of personal issues but she never judged and was still understanding and supportive and equally enthusiastic.
As a patient, if you are willing to put in the work Dr Priyank is easily worth and one of the most valuable out of your resources worth.
