Hi, my name is Jeel Hate. I recently underwent physiotherapy at Nirmal Physiotherapy Clinic for severe cervical pain, and I experienced remarkable improvement in just 14–15 sessions. When I first visited the clinic, I was in unbearable pain and unable to move my neck in any direction. At the Mira Road branch, my counselling was done by Dr. Premlata Jaiswal.

I was suffering from cervical spondylitis from past 2 years, I had visited 2 d9ctors but get relief from the pain .my pain increased day by day and it went to such extent that I was not able to do household work and my leaves from the office also increased even i had become frustated,depressed and irritated .Then Dr.chandan shetty advised me for physiotherapy so I checked so many physiotherapy centre but due my office timings I couldn't join any of them then I came to know about Nirmal physiotherapy centre which is suitated in Vijay park and took appointment and visited the centre in afternoon along with my reports,there i met Dr Lata whoafter listened to me carefully and saw my report and examined me and explained me with my health issues which my dr didn't explained me then she started my session and explained me what treatment will be given to me . She then started my exercise which she took by personal by sitting in front of me and corrected me if I used to do the exercise wrongly***Dr Lata used to take up my exercise and then leave. The supporting staff and also other Dr are soft spoken and gentle. They also guide u with your exercise and correct u if your are doing wrong exercise.**After taking treatment from Nirmal physiotherapy I am feeling good and my pain also got cured and now I do my house hold activities and I feel niece and far much better as early then also told me what to do at home after my treatment session got over***The staff Over there is goof and friendly and most important thing for office goers is the timing which they adjust u as per your convenience and If don't go to the session u get a call from them asking for u will come or not and even Dr Lata messaged me personally for being regular for the session . **I would recommend Nirmal physiotherapy centre and Dr Lata for your treatment.

I suffered from foot injury due to sudden twist in it and had experienced deadly lower-back ache during a household work. I searched for Physiotherapy center online and found Nirmal Physiotherapy as one of the nearest and with most of the good reviews. I visited center 2 days later, when Dr Premlata Ma'am diagnosed my issue with her methods and findings without any Xray reports and explained the problem and the course of treatment to me and my spouse without any hassle, hurry or push. She is very kind, cooperative and helps patients, during the treatment tenure to explain and answer their queries and concerns without any hiccup. The Clinic staff is very cooperative and polite. Doctors are very transparent, precise and accommodating on all the requests you make to them right from payment plans to the convenient shift timings for therapy sessions. Also when I got the Xray done for 2nd opinion, the reports matched to Doctor's diagnosis done on the 1st day of my treatment. Am on my 11th day of my 20-days course of Physiotherapy and after following all the instructions by Premlata Ma'am in regards to my diet plans, exercise and all the Do's & Don'ts explained, am now feeling confident and can feel the difference as not only the twist and complicationsin my foot has been sorted but I have regained the balance in my walking and feel . I've been a patient of Dr Lata since almost 4 months (my case was pretty bad). I came to her with a severe case of slip disc and osteoarthritis and with my mental health as well as personal life in shambles. Lata and Umesh ji have helped me so much to get back ok my feet.
