Pooja is an experienced therapist for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, couples therapy. She provides a non-judgement safe space for you to transcend and grow through your challenges. Pooja is warm, empathic and a good listener. The counselling centre also provides services in psychometric testing and assessment.
I had my first session with Dr. Ms. Pooja Jain in a beautiful and cozy setting. She clearly explains her approach and boundaries upfront, listens attentively, and gives thoughtful reflections to work on between sessions. She also has a good sense of what we will discuss next time.

From the very beginning, Pooja’s displayed an extraordinary level of commitment that truly sets her apart in her field. There have been countless instances where she went above and beyond her duties as a therapist. Not only was she fully invested in our sessions, but she was also keen on keeping up with my progress outside of them, often providing invaluable support and guidance even in her own time.
Her therapy space exudes warmth and a welcoming vibe, instantly putting me at ease. Her non-judgmental approach made me feel safe and comfortable to share my deepest thoughts and fears. She consistently provided an open platform for me to express myself without the fear of criticism or judgement.
One of the most empowering aspects of her approach was her respect for my personal beliefs and choices. She never once tried to impose her beliefs on me. Instead, she helped me navigate through my own thoughts, offering gentle guidance as I figured out how I wanted to live my life.
In terms of flexibility, she was extremely accommodating. There were sessions that ran over time due to the intensity or nature of our discussions. However, she never made me feel rushed or pressed for time, underlining her commitment to my well-being above all else.
I was also impressed by her social consciousness. Her understanding and awareness of social issues added a valuable perspective to our sessions, making them more than just therapy, but an education as well. It broadened my outlook and encouraged me to think more critically about the world around me.
Perhaps what I appreciated most about her was her straightforwardness and honesty. She never beat around the bush, even when dealing with difficult questions. Her upfront demeanour put everything into perspective, providing me with a clear and objective understanding of my challenges.

**************** I had some high hopes after reading the good reviews. I booked an online session with Pooja which she rescheduled on the day of appointment itself, but that’s understandable as urgent issues come up at times.
First of all, it looked as if she was taking the session from her living room or something where people were just roaming around behind her which made me really uncomfortable especially as it was a counseling session. She seemed distracted for the whole time.
Second, she said that she would send me some assessment after the call which she never sent. When I followed up with her, she didn’t even respond to me. I totally understand that I might not be the right patient for her but the least she could do was to inform me that she wouldn’t be able to have further calls.

I first met Pooja when I felt that every area of my life seemed to be going wrong, and despite all efforts for the last few years, I wasn’t able to turn things around. I found my sessions with Pooja very helpful - she is extremely warm and comforting and is immensely practical in nature. Her friendly nature immediately made me up to her, and I could share a lot of bottled up emotions. After her sessions I feel like I’ve had a massive weight lifted off my shoulders and I’ve been able to learn so much about myself and the way I think. The best thing that I like about her is that even beyond the sessions, she takes time out to reach out and to check on how I am feeling.

I'd consulted several doctors before meeting Pooja and none of the sessions prior helped as much as the ones with her. Pooja has a way of making you feel comfortable and she's a fantastic listener. She's calm, organised and will speak to you as a friend, making the overall experience pleasant. She'll never let you lose hope and will show you a new perspective every time you need one.
I've noticed quite a few changes in my perception of life after starting my sessions with her. I'm calmer, more reflective of my thoughts and actions and the best part is that I always know Pooja is just a message away.
I'd also like to say that she's a gem of a person. Sometimes she'll connect with me as a friend and not as a doctor, I feel I can share anything with her, including some random articles or social media posts on the internet! It's been an amazing journey so far and I can't wait to see what's next. Thanks for being so amazing, Pooja.

Pooja adopted a very flexible approach to my treatment. She listened closely to my history, my previous experience with therapy and respected what I thought had and hadn't work in the past. This helped us zero in on an approach that ultimately did wonder for me. Pooja listened to me qhen I didn't feel up to a a task or discussing issues on certain days. She pushed me gently when needed. She's not a perfect therapist but she cares, works hard and pays attention and that's as close to perfection as you can ask for. We focused on actionable tasks and goals and after many stops and starts I'm at a much better place. I highly recommend her.

She is a good listener, who will listen to all of your concerns without any biases or pre-conceived notions as you would expect from a good therapist. Very charming personality and easily approachable, would not make you feel bad about yourself.
