Mr. Nitin Shah

So, I had been suffering from Anxiety since 2015 but didn't know what was happening to me since 2017. I tried consulting psychiatrists, psychologists, talking to close ones, I even got sleeping pills and other pills for the same, But that didn't help me. I was a little skeptical about hypnosis but since I ran out of all the options, I gave it a try from April to Aug 2018.

I used to get Anxiety attacks everyday and I used to wake up screaming from the sleep before this. But since April last year, the frequency reduced.

Now It's Jan 2019 and I don't remember when was the last time I got Anxiety Attack. I can feel that something has changed within me, I don't know how Dr. Nitin did it, OR Is it just psychological, But i do know that it has helped me a lot. I don't need to know the answer.
