Since years I was suffering from back issues.

I contacted Dr. Nilesh after searching via practo.com

I called him for asking about my issue, we discussed about 40 minutes over the phone about my history and pain. He adviced me to follow certain routines, which has helped me recover from my issues. I stay in Kandivali, and therefore I couldn't visit his clinic. But if time and traffic permits I wish to visit doctor' clinic and take treatment for further improvement in my condition.

Even after 40 minutes he did not ask for money, he said very politely "we change for treatment sir, not for advice" that's a real doctor..

I highly recommend his name to my friend and family.

I have taken treatment here suffering from a long standing back pain which had not resolved despite the various treatments and was suggested for surgery but under guidance of Dr. Nilesh who honestly guided me that the progress would be slow but definitely beneficial. After 5 - 6 days of treatment did I find a small difference but the optimistic view that I won't require surgery gave me a ray of hope. Today after 20 sessions I am able to do all my activities pain free. Started with functional exercises like walking for 45 min. I would strongly recommend that physiotherapy is slow but definite solution to pain . Thanks to Dr.Nilesh and team who took constant efforts and extreme care of me through the journey.

The moment I felt something wrong with my groin I didn't waste my time to checked it out with some orthopedic because I have a very bad experience in all that and I came here at muscle and mind as I have been here before and was completely satisfied with how they treat their patients here .I feel that everybody with any issues regarding to their body should come here at least once as they give you all honest opinions. Me being a Fitness Instructor would suggest my clients to visit here as it's worth the money.

All modern physiotherapy equipments are available , which give a great reassurance of premier quality treatment. I have struck a deep relation with this clinic and i am very positive that this treatment will give me a lot of positive benefits. On calling Dr. Nilesh, he people arrived at my home. I could barely get out of my bed but within a few minute he got me walking after performing some corrective posture adjustments.

After that I went on a two week physio session personally supervised by him and now I'm completely cured. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has similar issues

Experience was disappointing. Yes he analysed from lot of angle; but diagnosis was not satisfactory.

He was supposed to suggest for exercise for pain relieve but he asked me to start theraphy under him. Till tat time i would hav to be depended on pain reliever spray.

Overall very good experience doctor are very friendly makes you feel at home yes my problem was explained in detail yes fifty percent improvement is there I enjoyed coming all the way from colaba everyone made me feel at home so I was always looking forward to come good experiences

Very good experience ......the staff is very good ...when I first came here I was not able to lift my hand due to pain I had difficulty in combing hair, n doing overhead activities ....but after the treatment I have no pain n I m able to do all the household activities

My employer recommended this centre to me because I used to have very bad back pain. Was unable to walk or work for long time.
