very nice and understanding and helps with your daily lifestyle and explains how the weight effects the health and what are the exercise you should do to help your weight loss and how to maintain it later, she also has a gym with the clinic so you can get first hand training with her personal trainers
The plans are very old school and not much variety is offered . The plans have become monotonous and very uninteresting . Even , though I am following her plan , weight loss is ineffective . Also , she has reduced the quantity of the food making me feel weak .
