I’m Namrata Singh, a dietician and nutritionist based in Mumbai with over 25 years of experience in clinical and lifestyle nutrition. I hold a B.Sc. in Foods & Nutrition (Gold Medallist, Mumbai University) and a P.G. Diploma in Dietetics & Hospital Food Service (Silver Medallist). I trained at P.D. Hinduja Hospital and Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital, Mumbai. I am a Life Member of the Indian Dietetic Association and a Reebok-certified fitness trainer.I have counselled thousands of patients, working alongside cardiologists, oncologists, endocrinologists and physiotherapists. I help with weight management, diabetes, thyroid disorders, heart health, PCOS and lifestyle disorders, as well as general wellness.
