I have done my pg in sports Nutrition from Sndt Santacruz. I am a certified fitness instructor and done my 1 year teachers training in yoga. I have 10 years of experience in the field of obesity management. I have also worked as a lecturer for nutrition students in sndt. I also was a co ordinator for pg sports science nutrition course. I have 3 wellness centers in ghatkopar , matunga(c) and vile parle.

I've always been a healthy child, however, soon I came to know how important it is to stay fit and healthy.
last year in November I consulted Dr. Ushma chedda for weight loss, frankly speaking, I wasn't sure if it was going to work out as it was not the first time I took a diet plan. However, the experience with Neev nutrition was totaly different Dr.Ushma took came up with very healthy and tasty diet which helped me overcome the craving for junk food.
