Ms. Nipa Sanghavi

I have been seeing Nipa for the past couple of months, and my experience with her has been positive and transformative. She is an active listener who creates a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space to openly share thoughts and emotions. Her guidance is always practical, logical, and grounded in real-life application, which has helped me navigate challenges with clarity and confidence. Rather than offering generic advice, she takes the time to truly understand concerns and provides insights that feel personalized.

She also often cut me off while I was speaking, and often it was when I was about to say something that was very important to me, which made me feel like I was just ranting and my issues were not real. When she did cut me off, it was to invalidate my experiences. I didn’t gain much clarity from the sessions *** **** * *** *********** *******. The sessions seemed quite short, which made it hard to get the guidance I was hoping for. I respect her expertise but expected more acknowledgement of the challenges I’m facing.

Pathetic experience. She was munching biscuits and using phone throughout the time. She did not even put the effort to make a safe space for me and instead got grumpy when I couldn’t figure out the cause of my problems (in the first session). Madam, you are supposed to help me analyse the problem and cause and not be impatient. She asked me to think about it while she was using her phone* ****** *********** *** *** ** ******* *** ************* ***** **** *** *** ****** ***** **** **** ** ******* ** ******** ******* ** ******* ** ** *** ********* There was so much of disturbance that I couldn’t even answer the questions she was asking looking in a textbook. When I first met Nipa, i was clueless about what I was feeling. Nipa was patient enough to make explain my condition. I got a better clarity about myself and how to not get overwhelmed at petty issues. She's scolded me when I was wrong and supported me when I was right. It is always comfortable to talk to her. She helped me see things clearly and made me understand for the fact that we're all humans and sometimes it's okay not to be okay. Forgiving yourself and loving yourself is equally important.I have a long road to recovery but with Nipa's help I feel I'm in the right direction. And most of all it's okay to be where you are and there's no rush to get into things that doesn't make you happy. I can finally be okay with who I am and now think of myself as an important person rather than just somebody. Mental illness is no joke and it's takes skill, patience and empathy to handle patients and treat them and i was happy I chose her for my wellbeing. I will highly recommend her to anyone seeking assistance regarding any psychological problem.

Before I started with the therapy with Dr. Nipa, I had severe anxiety, I would get overwhelmed easily, would get obsessed with things easily and would have a lot of unnecessary thoughts. However, ever since I've started with the therapy, things have gotten much better. I'm not longer anxious all the time, and I'm not as easily overwhelmed. The strategies given by her to cope up with my problems have worked well and helped me overcome issues I've been having difficulties with for a long time.

She's an amazing doctor and I love how she understands the patient that's the most important thing.
