Ms. Nipa Sanghavi

I’ve had stress concerns for a considerable period of time. Nipa ma’am helped me firstly understand the issues in a structured and transparent manner, and guided me with step by step interventions. Following them and consistent check-ins and guidance from Nipa ma’am has truly helped. I indeed feel more relaxed and clear in thought, and I’m able to manage my emotions better than where I was earlier. May thanks to Nipa ma’am for her consistent, structured and transparent guidance.

When I first met Nipa, i was clueless about what I was feeling. Nipa was patient enough to make explain my condition. I got a better clarity about myself and how to not get overwhelmed at petty issues. She's scolded me when I was wrong and supported me when I was right. It is always comfortable to talk to her. She helped me see things clearly and made me understand for the fact that we're all humans and sometimes it's okay not to be okay. Forgiving yourself and loving yourself is equally important.I have a long road to recovery but with Nipa's help I feel I'm in the right direction. And most of all it's okay to be where you are and there's no rush to get into things that doesn't make you happy. I can finally be okay with who I am and now think of myself as an important person rather than just somebody. Mental illness is no joke and it's takes skill, patience and empathy to handle patients and treat them and i was happy I chose her for my wellbeing. I will highly recommend her to anyone seeking assistance regarding any psychological problem.

She also often cut me off while I was speaking, and often it was when I was about to say something that was very important to me, which made me feel like I was just ranting and my issues were not real. When she did cut me off, it was to invalidate my experiences. Pathetic experience. She was munching biscuits and using phone throughout the time. She did not even put the effort to make a safe space for me and instead got grumpy when I couldn’t figure out the cause of my problems (in the first session). Madam, you are supposed to help me analyse the problem and cause and not be impatient. She recommended me medications thrice in the first two sessions itself even though I denied it once* ** ***** ********* *********** ** ************. Before I started with the therapy with Dr. Nipa, I had severe anxiety, I would get overwhelmed easily, would get obsessed with things easily and would have a lot of unnecessary thoughts. However, ever since I've started with the therapy, things have gotten much better. I'm not longer anxious all the time, and I'm not as easily overwhelmed. The strategies given by her to cope up with my problems have worked well and helped me overcome issues I've been having difficulties with for a long time.

She's an amazing doctor and I love how she understands the patient that's the most important thing.

I came to her through a recommendation. I was dealing with a lot of anxiety which is the reasons I approached her. I wasn’t sure how long counseling would take. The therapy worked so well so fast. 3 sessions and I was back to my best self.

Nipa is great, high professional, effective and pleasant. Would highly recommend her.

It was my first experience and I didn‚**t fully open up, but at some points our thoughts matched, like when you know what‚*** good for you and the doctor confirmed it. The therapy went quite well.

I do not recommend her at all. Firstly, the setting of the clinic is not at all intimate, you feel like you’ve entered a hospital. And as soon as I entered, a student asked me if she could observe me, I didn’t really have a choice.

She wasn’t asking any questions or made any effort to understand what the situation and background was. At one point she even said she didn’t know why I was there, so much for reaching out! She was quickly jumping to conclusions and kept on giving contradictory advice based on a 10 minute discussion. After talking to me for barely 20 mins, she asked me to fill out a 175 question form, saying that’ll make her understand me better. So yeah, that was my supposedly one hour session.
