Not a good experience at all. Dr was not bothered for the child in her approach and was talking on phone while doing the OAE test for my new born baby. She said your baby cannot hear from 1 ear and asked to repeat the test again in few days. *** **** *** *** ****** ** *** **** ******** ** she was busy in her phone.

Patiently waited for over 45 mins for a pre-booked 9am appt and doctor didn’t show up at all. Receptionist kept saying she is coming, but didn’t give any clarity.
Even without doing the test she has charged the amount prior only. Now she is hesitating to refund. I never recommend her for anything.
I will not recommend this doctor. She just told us to do BERA test of my kid ******* ******** ** *** *********** Even our acquaintance met the same fate. So please avoid her. ***** *** ***** **** ********
