From frozen shoulder (almost) conditions to near normalcy within 4-5 sessions is a good progress for a senior citizen. Proper treatment, post treatment exercises through a competent team & very professional approach was experienced. Reminding about the appointment through emails & messages, written instructions for the exercises to be done is appreciated. Highly recommended clinic & the team . Ms Anuja Dalvi is extremely competent.

Have had walking and balance issues for some time now. Dr. Anuja has been very painstaking in getting to the root of the problem. She has charted out very well designed exercises sessions - both for mobility and strength. Has also been able to cure some severe pain in my lower back with manipulation and massage. Most grateful.

I have been consulting Dr. Anuja after having multiple fractures in my left wrist from a fall while playing badminton. I started my visit after my surgery which required reconstruction of the broken wrist. The wrist injury led to frozen shoulder so she has been treating me for both my wrist and shoulder rehab. Dr. Anuja is qualified and has a team of young professionals assisting her. The best part of consulting her is her ability to identify the root cause and curate the treatment accordingly. She is realistic in her approach to recovery and the time it may take with the ability to push the patient to achieve more. She knows how to boost confidence of the patient and gets her team to work at a mutually acceptable pace. She knows her job well and I would highly recommend her for consultation for similar issues. Its been 4months now and my shoulder injury is back to normal while we are still working on the wrist.

Dr. Anuja comes across as a professional with deep knowledge of her domain. Right from the start, the approach was excellent. From asking the right questions to understand the real issue & deciding the line of treatment was bang on. Explaining to the patients about do’s & don’ts is very important & she was equal to the task. I am happy with the treatment of the injury as she instilled the confidence that it’s just a matter of time if I follow the process.

Hi, I am extremely happy with the support, diagnosis and treatment provided by Dr.Anuja. I am currently suffering from Ankle related issues (intermittent) and was not able to figure out root cause of the same. Dr. Anuja not only explained the issue in details but also started initial rehabilitation procedure. End of this first session, I am feeling better and hopefully after completing due follow ups sessions, I strongly believe that this 15-20 Years long ankle related issue will be resolved.
