Dr. Monish Mehta (Physiotherapist)

Dr. Monish Mehta is a Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapist graduated from D.Y. Patil University. He has worked with elite sports organizations like International Tennis Federation, Indian Super League (India's 1st Football League), Maharashtra Rifle Association etc. in both on the field and clinical setups.His skill set includes international accreditation in advanced combination taping & nerve mobilization from renowned institutions in South Africa & Australia along with extensive manual therapy, pain management, exercise prescription and dry needling (western acupuncture). His research papers in chronic pain and trigger points in patients with neck & shoulder pain are published in famous international journals like Journal of International Academic Research and Multidisciplinary (JIARM) & International Journal of Science and Research (IJSR). His area of interest is pain management, exercise prescription, injury prevention and peak performance conditioning.
