For the people who have a strong resistance to go to a therapist. Yes, It is going to be awkward for the initial half an hour, revealing things that you don’t want to revisit or share. Post those 30 minutes when you start receiving help, you see the focus is all about bringing you to a better place, you will wonder why you waited this long, you lost so much of time.
About Dr. Mansi, we have had three sessions so far. She is of course, skilled, all attentive towards the session, and your time is respected, there has not been more than 5 minutes of wait time for me. There are a lot of very fine nuances about the sessions that I like, such as she can tell things straight to you, but she will instead ask you a few questions, and lead you to it, slowly and patiently. Furthermore, there are awesome toolkits she possesses, **** ****** **** **** **** **** ***** *** **** for e.g. anything unpleasant in the past, she sure can make you okay with it, and it’s not temporary, it sticks! This also gives you tools in your life to navigate the problems better.
You will be surprised how your childhood incidents shape you, your relationships and more.
The sessions are very helpful. It’s nice to have someone having a good intent on moving you to a better place in life.
My experience with Dr. Mansi has been great so far, and I strongly recommend her.

A friend of mine recommended me to meet Manasi when I was going through a complete chaotic phase of my life. Mansi very patiently listens to you and analyses accordingly. She had helped me cope with a lot of stuff and i was able to speak about things which i have never been able to before. After visiting her, I have seen a lot of changes in my behaviour and thought process . She’s also lgbtq friendly which is very important to know since there are few therapists out there who speak negatively on the topic.
