I’m truly grateful for the support I’ve received through therapy with Dr. Mansi Chheda. The journey began in my late 20s, when my usual coping mechanisms stopped working and I couldn’t understand why. That’s when I met Mansi, who played a important role in my life. We connected instantly she is a patient listener who uses relatable examples from her own experiences, which makes you feel understood and reassures you that you’re not alone. I believe that sense of connection is incredibly important.
I started with sessions twice a week, and over time, as I progressed, the frequency gradually reduced thanks to the guidance and support Mansi provided. Today, I’m in a much better place. I wouldn’t say I no longer need therapy, but there’s a clear shift in how I approach things.
I’ve learned to identify issues and break them down to their core causes. The techniques she taught me have made me more independent, self-aware, and secure.

Going to therapy was not a part of my upbringing but when my friend asked me see his therapist, the conviction in his encouragement made me make an appointment with Mansi . My initial sessions were just for me to get an idea of what therapy is like . After a few sessions , I got the feel of how it was changing my world view for good.
Today I’m a lot more clearer in my thought and my criticism towards my emotions is much lower. I have found an anchor within me which helps me navigate my thoughts when I’m confused .

She worked through Regression and FC and the results are beautiful! I feel more of myself now. As though I am at the centre of my life. The health issue also is better. Therapy, I realise is an ongoing process but its a beautiful place that I have reached with Mansi s help.
