We connected instantly she is a patient listener who uses relatable examples from her own experiences, which makes you feel understood and reassures you that you’re not alone. I believe that sense of connection is incredibly important.
I started with sessions twice a week, and over time, as I progressed, the frequency gradually reduced thanks to the guidance and support Mansi provided. Today, I’m in a much better place. I wouldn’t say I no longer need therapy, but there’s a clear shift in how I approach things.
