The Body Lab and Rehab is founded & spear headed by Ms Manasi Shintre- Rajadhyaksha who has done her BPTh from the reputed Seth GS Medical College & KEM Hospital, Mumbai (2009) and MSc Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation at the University of Kent, UK (2012).It is a place for people who have been rendered inactive by pain/ injury to rehabilitate & MOVE AGAIN.We do a thorough anatomical& movement based evaluation& evidence based treatment/ therapeutics using advanced Manual therapy techniques (Soft Tissue Therapy, Myofascial release, trigger release) Mobilisations, dry needling, Taping , Exercise Therapy. We also do Sports Specific Assessment, Injury Prevention, Postural evaluation & correction, Post- operative Rehabilitation
