“I had been suffering from several health issues like hypothyroidism, anemia, fatigue, and obesity. My health parameters were quite poor until one of my relatives guided me to Dr. Mallika Kabra. From my very first telephonic conversation, I felt her friendliness, positivity, and warmth.
Dr. Mallika is full of affection and care. She asked me to get some tests done, and my health parameters were like a roller coaster. She patiently understood my lifestyle, diet habits, and daily routine before suggesting a personalized diet plan. Her approach was simple—100% organic food, slight changes in preparation methods, her own shared recipes, new food introductions, portion control, and supplements only where truly needed.
Within just 3 months, I noticed a big improvement in my health, including weight loss—achieved with only very moderate exercise but mainly by changing food habits and preparation. She ensured I got enough protein from plant-based sources (since I’m a strict vegetarian) and stressed staying hydrated. I also had stomach ulcers, where even a little chili would trigger me, but after just 15 days on her plan, I was able to eat capsicum, and now I can even tolerate a little green seedless chili.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your guidance and support on my health journey.
The wedding at my home just wrapped up, and despite the hectic schedule, I was pleasantly surprised by how well my body adapted. Although I couldn’t strictly follow the meal plan during the festivities, I ensured that my diet included plenty of protein and vegetables. The continuous movement from dance practices and managing wedding chores kept me active, and I stayed well-hydrated throughout. The only thing I lacked was proper sleep due to late-night functions.
Even with a few indulgences—like paneer-based mithai as part of the rituals—I was amazed to see that I had actually lost weight instead of gaining it! I was visiting India from US after a gap of five years. My health had undergone a huge change during those five years and I was puffy, overweight,bloated and uncomfortable during my trip. I already had hypertension so attributed it to jet lag and travel related. Once it all became a bit unbearable my husband and I decided to meet Malika since she had treated a relative of ours and we already had some great reviews from the family. Malika took one look at me and was able to tell that I was suffering from Inflammation and poor lifestyle, I was eating things I shouldn’t be, I was allergic to Gluten and so many things I was not even aware of. She took a deep dive into our way if living and found out so many bad things we were putting in our body unknowingly. We both went on her diet plan upon our return back to the States and combined with exercise and walking we each lost around 12 kgs rapidly . I was 77kgs when I starter and now I am 67kgs and on my journey to keep losing more. My goal weight is 55kgs and by staying on track I will be able to achieve that . Malika checks up and did video calls with us and is constantly pushing us and giving us support in terms of multiple iterations of the diet , adding and removing items that work /dont work. She is a constant support system who keeps you on track. We are thankful for her guidance towards a healthier lifestyle. I had a recent health scare but was able to recover faster and quicker because I was already on a clean lifestyle. I would highly recommend Malika and her knowledge is immense about food, how it effects you, diseases and how to navigate a healthier lifestyle. I went to Malika one day, famished , tired and exhausted right after my work travel.. it was worth keeping myself hungry and exhausted to meet her, this one effort has done me wonders. She saw me in a shape where she knew she had to be patient kind and a lot of transformation in my diet. Post going to various nutritionists, following a lot of diets and losing tremendous amount of weight and gaining it just like that, I lost the charm on my face, developed skin issues which I never had, broke a shoulder due to muscle loss , sever acidity and constipation were few highlights of my being..
She brought me back to my Nani’s kitchen and while it’s a big word- she established “courage” in me to eat (I used to calculate calories, ingredients in my head before eating anything ) .
She understood how my body was in need of various alterations.
Her plans not only reduced all the above conditions , but also enhanced my immunity which was much needed during Covid..
the kind of food she has prescribed has inspired me to cook every single day - three times. From chutneys to achars what kept me going was the fact that I felt I am back home eating what my mom would Cool for me.. she included sattu in my meal which was my favourite snack while growing up. She also encouraged me to eat mangoes which I was scared of eating. She brought back matka and cooper in my diet.
Plan by plan , meal by meal , I have become a healthier person and have been able to gain confidence back in eating and the love for food I lost due to following various diets. I have given up packaged food completely and thanks to her.

Dr Malika is an expert nutritionist and a very friendly person.
I consulted her when I was diagnosed with Ovarian cancer as I was concerned about my nutrition during the treatment. I am still undergoing the treatment since more than 1.5 years being on different chemo regimes. But her diet plans has greatly helped me in maintaining my physical strength and coping with the various side effects that come with the treatment.
Her diet plans are totally customised as per your needs and she keeps on altering them as required. Also she provides detailed recipes of all the meals that we have to prepare.
It is very easy to being bogged down by such a diagnosis but talking to her has always given me positivity and hope. She also encouraged me to stay active throughout as much as possible. She also asked me to monitor my step counts and to meet a certain daily count.
Looking at my experience with her many of my other family members and friends have also consulted her for their health issues and general wellbeing.
