Ms. Kritika Bose

Ms Kritika Bose is a counseling psychologist based out of Mumbai, with a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. She believes in a client centred approach to therapy that recognizes an individual's innate capacity for growth and change. She aims to create a safe space for diverse identities and intersectionality. And practice an eclectic style of therapy that caters to unique client needs. She has received training in several evidence based psychotherapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Trauma informed therapy, Motivation Enhancement Therapy and Narrative Practices. She has worked with individuals with substance abuse related concerns, which has helped me develop a compassionate stance toward addressing the psychological pain at the heart of all addictions. When She has time to myself, She enjoys cooking, music, cinema and shows from around the world.
