Dr komal is an extremely energetic yet patient ,extremely learned and well informed yet open minded(WHEN IT COMES TO FOOD),very precise yet very holistic,very modern yet very authentic n kosher and dediacted doctor.

She is very fit and very knowledgable when it comes to food and nutrition and weight loss or strength gaining

I have met a few learned intelligent people from nutrition field but the amount of personal time and interest that she gives to her patients ,its extremely rare

Today every1 is busy makin money and doesnt want to give time and hear the patients out But she is always there to help people get fit,guide them with proper nutrition proper eatin habits proper yoga proper exercises to support and compliment the diet.

She has such a helpful nature that she would help people out of genuine and selfless concern and add fitness and health everywhere she goes

She adds smile on all faces who have given up on their health and nutrition . I really want to thanks Dr .Komal *** **** ********* ********** who completely transformed the way I thought about food.she taught me "diet is a life style,not a panishment.her recommend diet is always tastier, healthier,full of variety and give us high energy level through out the day.l never felt deprived or hungry with her diet.
