I had met Khushboo with the objective of losing weight and we got started on revamping my complete lifestyle from the first day itself. We together worked towards a plan which was not only effective but sustainable as well. We made sure we included food items that my body was used to and that the diet didn't leave me feeling hungry.

By following her guidance I am able to eat healthy and successfully identify what’s good for my body without a strict “diet”. It’s more important to build a framework around which you develop a healthy lifestyle than have a rigid diet.

Khushboo is a very attentive, professional, non judgemental nutritionist. She listened to me and then advised me with couple of options. I felt good after leaving the office. Generally, when you go to see a Nitrionist you don’t want to be talked down on... she is good.

Ms. Khushboo is extremely conscientious when it comes to listening carefully to your background, queries and goals. She was very attentive to the details of my current lifestyle and diet regime, and accordingly explained the right diet for me in great details. She is extremely friendly and recommends simple dietary changes which are easy to implement without much effort. It was a pleasure to get to learn different dietary tips from her.
