Effect of her counselling: I feel lighter and better. The negativity that gripped me has disappeared. Negative emotions no longer trouble me. Effect of her exercises: At first they seem a bit odd to perform but trust me the exercises work wonders. Just do as told, witness the release of toxic energy and see yourself heal so quickly.
