I suffer from Celiac disease with added intolerance to all kinds of dairy. Hence with all wheat and dairy out of daily intake, my health started affecting and even got diagnosed with kidney stones. With so many restrictions on eating was a thoughtful activity rather than an enjoyable time. I could not eat many dishes/ items that others easily could that even I liked. There was an element of psychological irritation as well.
I approached Jennifer and she helped me work my way through. Suggesting dishes I could have, altering the regular ones with the options I could eat. And also introducing me to dishes, gluten free flour, tea I was not aware earlier. Eating outside was not an option to me at all. But with Jennifers guidance I could tell certain restaurant what they should do while making my order. Got to know of dairy gluten free restaurants in Mumbai. The once tedious time of managing the day with food, now became enjoyable. I have been following her suggestions till date. It has been more than a year now and thankfully no issues so far. No stone attack, my regular hemogram reports come within range and hormonal balance that was once not good at all, is doing fine. Thank you Jennifer.
I recommend her for all food related and concerns otherwise. Food is much better than taking medicines. There is a lot we can correct with food, we dont need medicines for it.
