Unbalanced weight

Hello doctor, I am facing unbalanced weight and body growth, I keep on increasing and decreasing weight since from last two years, and also I was very thin and weight was around 65, again I got increased till 72, but my weight got decreased and now I'm in 69, so what could be the problem for this? There is no change in food diet plan, is fine if lose and gain weight like this in the period of 6 months once or anything wrong?

Weight loss suggestion

Hello, I am 28 year old female and I am weighing 100 kg. I am trying to loose weight for a very long time but failing miserably. I have consulted doctors and was asked to take medicines like Kill fat, Metformin. Along with medicines I am eating healthy and walking for 1 hour daily but those are not of much help. Neck Back pain,overweight

L4,5 shows mild spondylosis .Occasional Back and Neck Pain. Height 162 Cms Weight 70 Kgs. Loss of stamina. Orthopaedic recommended weight loss , IFT and exercise. My diet is almost as per dietician recommended plan (Vegetarian) so only little scope of improvement on diet front. I want to enquire that whether the cold therapy of initial weight loss is of any help in my case (most fat is around belly ) and if it is safe.
