I am glad my mom got me to you for my health and weight goals. Had to focus on being fit and lose weight since I am pursuing my career in aviation.

I started my consultation with Hetal for post pregnancy weight gain. After giving birth to my baby, my weight just ballooned up and the lockdown too added to it.
I was 120 kgs and very unfit.
I got in touch with Hetal ma'am because I've known her since 2003 when she helped me as an overweight college kid to lose 25kgs.
There was no one else I could think of than Hetal who could help me. It has been a gradual but steady process .

My experience with Hetal ma'am was indeed very good. Her plans were result-oriented, her follow-ups very open and friendly.
My goal was trying to lose weight after hitting a plateau and hetal ma'am with her perosnalised diet plan and constant diet recalls and bi weekly consultation not only helped me reach my weight goals but also made diet and weight loss journey very simple. My perception of 'dieting' changed after consulting with her. Diet does not have to be fancy You have to simply keep your meal quantity and timings in check.
Without doing anything fancy i have managed to lose 9 kgs in 3 months and have my energy levels increased. Very thankful for the same.

I want to share with you the positive results I have received with guidance of Dr Hetal Dharod, at Being Healthy. I am 34 yrs old and was overweight since school days but after Covid I had started gaining weight rapidly causing other problems like PCOS, hair loss, foot pain and so on.
I consulted Dr Hetal for weight loss and have overcome hormonal issues and weakness.

The experience was very good. I had come to you with a concern for my general health and belly fat inspite of being on religious fasting since many months. You made me aware that proper nutrition is very important and any type of unmonitored random fasting should be avoided. Throughout my teenage, I had tried many different ways to lose weight and have always failed, either because of inconsistencies and insincerity.
But I am glad that I met Hetal last year to guide me for my weight loss and health issues. With her guidance I learnt how to understand my food habits and how my body responds to various factors including the food I was eating and the lifestyle changes that I was taught to make.
Hetal did not put me on a strict diet , but introduced healthier foods into my diet.

My mom was super concerned about my weight, thus I came to you Hetal Dharod, at Being Healthy. Initially, when I started I felt it pretty tough to put up with the diet since I had to do few changes (I was a big time foodie you know that and used to eat lot of wrong foods).
However, with progressing follow ups and motivation from You, ensuring that I stay positive and determined, I was and I am able to very smoothly follow instructions as guided.
I suppose it was the best decision of my life as I managed to reduce my weight from 98 kg to 78 kg i.e 20 kgs within 10 months.
Happiest feeling is about reducing my clothes size from 5XL to XL to L. I have started fitting into clothes that once felt impossible to fit in.
I remember how you wanted me to shed my laziness, thanks to your scoldings that I now feel healthy and very energised when I wake up and am very active to do lot of my work in a day.
