Dr. Grishma is a consultant Physiotherapist & a certified Stott Pilates Instructor based in Worli, Mumbai. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Spine Care & has also trained in Acupuncture, Dry Needling & Kinesiotaping.A passionate professional is driven to guide, facilitate & encourage people in their journey for health & well being she has over a decade of diverse work experience.She has practiced extensively in Mumbai for a variety of setups including private clinics, Breach Candy hospital, Back Rx Spine Care, Corporate companies & Elite Fitness Gym.She currently runs her independent private practice in South Mumbai & Bandra. She is also affiliated with the integral space, lower parel where she is available for Physiotherapy & Pilates Sessions. Additionally, Grishma runs a Group Stott Pilates Mat Work class in The Imperial Towers, Tardeo.
