I had a severe shoulder pain for over a year. Used to be a bit better on taking high dose of Pain Killers. A time came when I could not wear my T Shirt myself and needed help in shower. Driving and eating were difficult tasks. I had shown a few Orthopedic surgeons, and got X-Ray and MRI done. Was asked to take Physiotherapy and Diathermy.

I had tried a fee Physios. But the timings did not work.

I was advised Shoulder Arthroscopic repair of some ligament called as Rotator Cuff.

A friend, whose son was on Physiotherapy under Dr Pooja , had strongly recommended her to me.

I met her and was worried, that this young little girl may break my shoulder.

But we started slowly first and increasing the duration and exercise. It was painful to start with. But slowly my shoulder started moving and she made me do Bawling at my age of 62 years, on day 20. A bit painful but it improved. I was off painkillers. Was taking only Ice Pack.

It is noe two months since I have stopped seeing her, but still pain free, and full movements. Hurts a bit when I drive for 8 hours one day.

She has given me some Rubber straps and Wrist Weights and I keep doing the excersice on my own.

My very best wishes to her in her life and practice, she is a very good person.

However, I hope I do not need to see her again!!!! YB

Dr. Mehta is an experienced professional. I had consulted her for a pulled hamstring that was causing me a lot of pain and discomfort.

Post understanding the activity leading to the hamstring being pulled she explained the reason why the pain occurred and how the same can be avoided in future.

She also explained very lucidly and in lay person's terms the treatment that is to be undertaken. At every stage of the treatment my feedback was taken regarding pain alleviation.

I left the clinic feeling and walking much better than when I came in.

One was severe spondilitis and the pain had gone till my fingers.Dr Pooja Mehta treated me for 5 sittings and gave me a different type of treatment like dry needling and deep tissue instead of the traditional heat and traction All my pain disappeared and I was back to my job in 3 days She is amazing and I am very grateful to my friend who recommended her. My second experience was when I had a scooter accident and my left back took all the brunt . I again depended on Dr Pooja and she gave me steam treatment and within 1 week I was able to recover. I am really thankful to her as she also takes lots of efforts to see that I recover by giving advice regarding keeping one fit after the injury.

Great experience as per the doctor guidance. I live in Jaipur & suffered from some critical surgery of my left arm. Post surgery I was suggested for physiotherapy. My cousin suggested Dr. Pooja Mehta's name as a young & energetic doctor. I visited her regularly for my treatment till it was complete. After this I visit her on quarterly basis

When ever I come from Jaipur for follow up she is always there to guide & because of her constant efforts I am able to lift my left hand normally . Thanks a lot to the doctor for making me so efficient by her expertise.

Had got tendinitis as Ortho doc said.. I saw her experience and thought of visiting her n get my self checkout . She explained me all the thing and started my physio I thought should give me allcurrents like other physio bread amazing she did soft tissue release as she said with needling n my pain when in few sittings. I had pain in my hands, neck and upper back because of cervical ribs since past 4 years. Dialy work became difficult. Pooja suggested me to start swimming. Along with exercise, therapy and swimming I started getting back to routine. I had injured my shoulder while lifting weights and it hurt for almost an entire year. Met with 3 physics over a span of 6 months and still no change, till I decided to come to Mumbai and visit Dr. Pooja's clinic. She is well experienced well versed with her knowledge , I had a back pain since 10 yr she explained me Wat happen ,Wat outcomes , with few modalities and exercise she helped me to relive my pain it took around 15 to 20 session for my strength to gain back, no I am doing only core stringing not visit her once a month only
