I had a severe shoulder pain for over a year. Used to be a bit better on taking high dose of Pain Killers. A time came when I could not wear my T Shirt myself and needed help in shower. Driving and eating were difficult tasks. I had shown a few Orthopedic surgeons, and got X-Ray and MRI done. Was asked to take Physiotherapy and Diathermy.

I had tried a fee Physios. But the timings did not work.

I was advised Shoulder Arthroscopic repair of some ligament called as Rotator Cuff.

A friend, whose son was on Physiotherapy under Dr Pooja , had strongly recommended her to me.

I met her and was worried, that this young little girl may break my shoulder.

But we started slowly first and increasing the duration and exercise. It was painful to start with. But slowly my shoulder started moving and she made me do Bawling at my age of 62 years, on day 20. A bit painful but it improved. I was off painkillers. Was taking only Ice Pack.

It is noe two months since I have stopped seeing her, but still pain free, and full movements. Hurts a bit when I drive for 8 hours one day.

She has given me some Rubber straps and Wrist Weights and I keep doing the excersice on my own.

My very best wishes to her in her life and practice, she is a very good person.

However, I hope I do not need to see her again!!!! YB

My second experience was when I had a scooter accident and my left back took all the brunt . I again depended on Dr Pooja and she gave me steam treatment and within 1 week I was able to recover. I am really thankful to her as she also takes lots of efforts to see that I recover by giving advice regarding keeping one fit after the injury.
