It was an excellent Physiotherapy experience. From the day 1 when I was not in a position to walk or sit, in 4 weeks time , I have started my routine walking just because of the sessions and dicipline shown towards the exercise suggested to me.

The best thing I like about these sessions is the ease at which they explain the things and it makes you feel doing it on your own.

Any day I will recommend to see them even if you have light muscle pull or spasam ; just don’t wait for to get it bad.😊

I had developed carpal tunnel syndrome during my pregnancy and dr.ushma's guidance and treatment helped me sail through it smoothly. I had enrolled for prenatal exercise programme also with her and it helped me very much throughout my pregnancy.
