Doctor was polite and explained well about the problem. But hospital patients management is very poor even after taking appointment we had to wait for more than 40 minutes for our turn. There were number of patients attended by the doctor before us though as per schedule of appointment only one patient with appointment slot 6.45 was expected before us . Even it took long time for billing. Overall poor management of patients. We were attended by the doctor in a room different than her usual cabin and ac in that cabin was not working

I went to Dr.Trupti Agarwal for ear piercing of my baby and I must say she was very friendly and patient throughout. She answered all queries patiently and didn't prescribe any medicine unnecessarily. She was indeed helpful,genuine and quite approachable. I definitely recommend her.
